Recording of Image via Video and Photography at the Event
Within the scope of this Event, Liberty Seguros may process your personal data by recording and reproducing image and sound, through video and/or photography, as well as your name (hereinafter "materials"), as a participant, including invited speakers, at the Event. The materials are collected/captured by Liberty Seguros or a provider chosen by it for this purpose.
Liberty Seguros processes your data for subsequent disclosure and publication in different forums or spaces, such as social networks, website, internal platforms, Liberty Seguros intranet, or by email to the Liberty Seguros insurance distribution network, with the purpose of promoting the Event, based on Liberty Seguros' legitimate interest in promoting its brand and image among the public and internally, and publicizing its insurance distribution network, even for promotional purposes.
For the purpose of reproduction on the mentioned internal tools and social networks, the materials may be shared with other entities of the group to which Liberty Seguros belongs or with information technology service providers for service provision. When recipients are located in countries outside the European Union, especially in the United States of America, adequate guarantees are provided for the transfer.
By participating in the Event, you grant Liberty Seguros the use of your image rights, authorizing their use and reproduction in the terms communicated to you, for which you will not be entitled to compensation or indemnification. The authorization has no territorial limitation and will not be affected by the termination of the relationship with Liberty Seguros.
You can oppose the use of your data at any time under the established terms, including publication if it occurs, among other privacy rights, through https://www.libertyseguros.es/ejercicio-de-derechos.
